This is a platform designed to share ideas about everything I love about the web and the media that support it: music, film, television, photography, design, art, news, culture… I welcome comments, input and the sharing of ideas on all the topics and posts written here.

A slideshow/voiceover sharing some insight into the visual aesthetic that turns me on, like films of the 1960s and the French New Wave and mid-century modern design.

About Me…
In 2004, I decided to form a small one-man web design agency specializing in unique online presences for individuals and small companies in the entertainment industry.

The idea started in 2001 when I was looking for a designer to create a website to showcase my television and film work as an actor. When a friend offered me an unused copy of Adobe’s GoLive web design program, I just followed the directions, and my first (albeit primitive) website was launched. A hobby soon evolved into a business. From the very beginning, the world of Flash was a huge interest.

Though hardly exclusive to entertainment, my earlier career as an actor on screen and stage gave me an edge in understanding the specific needs of performers and other people in the business: actors, singers, musicians, photographers, filmmakers and other entertainment professionals.

In my departures from the Flash environment, I also love to create fully customized e-commerce websites and WordPress blogs. Most recently, with Flash currently unavailable on most mobile devices, I have been creating companion versions of Flash websites specifically designed for iPhones, iPads, Blackberries and other mobiles.
